Scorers: David Percival (2)

A fine first half performance by Trowbridge was enough to gain all three points and record a second successive 2-0 home victory. Dave Percival gave Trowbridge the lead after just seven minutes. Tim Waylen provided a pass down the left wing and Percival went on a sizzling run that took him past three defenders before striking a fine shot from the edge of the area Trowbridge nearly added a second midway through the half, the ball was fed through to Steve Wickens after a tussle for possession in midfield. However, the unfortunate Wickens saw his shot rebound from the left hand post with the goalkeeper well beaten. The second goal came five minutes before the break, Adam Nunn knocked a ball forward and Dave Percival took advantage of a hesitant Biddestone defender to nip in and cleverly lob the ball over the goalkeeper.

The second half could not match the entertainment of the first half. There were few chances although Biddestone did have one good opportunity to pull a goal back in the 58th minute, with a shot that went just wide. Shortly afterwards, Tim Waylen beat the offside trap but could not quite get the ball under control enough to produce a scoring opportunity. The game however, was already won and Craig Guthrie, the Trowbridge 'keeper kept his second clean sheet in a row.
