Scorers: William Horton, Ken Wrintmore

Trowbridge kept alive their slim promotion chances with a home draw (2-2) against second club Brentwood Town. Although much of the play was ragged all the goals were good ones. Brentwood had far more the play but Frank Shipley in the Trowbridge goal had an excellent game. Brentwood took the lead after 15 minutes, and 2 minutes from half-time Billy Horton with a beautifully taken penalty after Archie Thorburn had been fouled. Brentwood took the lead once more in the 73 minute, but only 4 minutes later the Town equalised, through Ken Wrintmore.
