Trowbridge produced a fine second half display, typical of their recent improved form, to secure maximum points from this league match with Biddestone. They had to come from behind though, Biddestone taking an early lead when a deflected shot from Den Moore drifted past Chris Vaughan and into the bottom corner of the net. The match would have been square three minutes later but the goal from Mike Little was disallowed for off-side. Both sides also hit the crossbar in the first half.

The whole Trowbridge team seemed to contribute in the second half as they gathered momentum and raided the Biddestone goalmouth time after time. The equaliser came in the 60th minute when Timmy Waylen's left foot shot screamed into the net from 20 yards following a short pass from Mike Little. Two minutes later, Trowbridge took the lead through Jerad O'Pray, once again Mike Little the provider with a cross from the left. In the 75th minute Little ran past two defenders and chipped the goalkeeper for what would have been the best goal of the game but the ball just stuck in the mud and the beaten goalkeeper was relieved to pick up the ball. Little was not to be denied though, scoring the final goal from close range, O'Pray returning the earlier favour by being the provider.
