Trowbridge proved to League leaders Gravesend - known as the "Little Arsenal of Kent" - that bottom dogs can get their teeth into the toughest opposition at times.
They did so at Frome Road last Saturday when over 2000 spectators saw John Henderson and his players score 5 goals after being 2 goals down in 9 minutes.
When Trowbridge supporters were sinking into the doldrums came the great revival which will live long in the memories of those who saw it.
Thomas and Baker equalised by half-time, but the sensations started in the second half when Town went ahead through a brilliant header by Lambden. Then Trowbridge scored two further goals by John Henderson.
Team: May; Perrett, Edwards; Alison, Doughty, White; Thomas, Baker, Lambden, Henderson and Murphy.
