Trowbridge visited Clane and Harris in the F.A. Cup and easily won 7-2. Trowbridge ambled through the match never under any real trouble, but even though far superior never really took control of the game.
Trowbridge scored five goals in the first half through Bic Lambden (2) Eddie Murphy (2) and Ivor Compton and two in the second half from Ivor Compton and John Henderson.
