Trowbridge played much excellent football, but for the third successive league match had to be content with a draw before the home supporters with Wisbech.
Archie Thorburn had a great match in which he tormented the visiting defence, hit the woodwork once and was pulled down for the penalty which was scored by Roger Brown.
