Scorers: Simon Kitchen, David Percival, Own Goal

Trowbridge finished an exciting season with a win over bottom club Chisledon Castrol. The home side were never in trouble but to their credit, Chiseldon did try to attack unlike many visitors who have simply tried to gain a point and failed. An early chance fell to Bakali following food work on the right by Adam Nunn and a cross by Gavin Eyre. In the 20th minute, Mike Little headed a long kick from Adam Sheppard into the path of Adam Nunn who then saw his shot across goal strike an upright. The breakthrough came after 33 minutes. Dave Percival produced an excellent cross towards Gavin Eyre but the luckless Gareth Parry saw his attempt at heading the ball away sail over his own goalkeeper and into the net. Mike Little then went close a couple of times before half time.

The second goal came after 64 minutes, an unmarked Simon Kitchen scoring from the edge of the six yard box , receiving the pass from Percival. In the last few minutes, Andy Bloodworth had a shot saved and Ricky Hulbert headed wide before Percival finished well after beating two defenders to complete the scoring.
